I would like to wish everyone a happy and a healthy New Year!
Last year was a year like no other, but instead of looking at the downside of 2020. Try to look back at 2020 with a different mindset. What are some blessings that you can recall in 2020? Here are a few of mine: -Our son, Connor, and his wife, Kim, were married in October. We are so blessed to welcome Kim into our family! -I started my appointment at Church of Four Seasons on May 1st! So very blessed to be a part of this church family! -My husband and I celebrated our 27th Wedding Anniversary! -Our daughter, Melanie, lettered in Color Guard! She also got her driver's permit and she got her Lifeguard certification! -My husband's blood pressure is under control! These are just a few of the blessings we received this past year and I am so very thankful to God for these blessings. As we move into 2021, may you feel God's presence in your life; may you grow in your faith; may you recognize each blessing as they come about; and may we move forward, together, as the Body of Christ. If you are new to Church of Four Seasons, or if you have been here most of your life, my door is always open. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me. We may all be in this together, but we each have our own individual struggles. I am here for you. Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!" I can't wait to see what blessings God has in store for us in the coming year! God bless you as we go forward! To God be the glory! Pastor Cathy Allison

Are you feeling overwhelmed?
Are you in mourning, grieving the loss of a loved one? Are sadness and depression a part of your days? You are not alone. I invite you to take time to take care of yourself. You owe it to yourself to take a break from the hustle and bustle of this season. We aren't able to help others if we don't take care of ourselves. There is no better way to take care of yourself then to take a time out with God. The Longest Night Service is a great way to be with God. Let this be a gift to you. This will be a time of quiet, a time of reflection, and a time to be still in God's Presence. This worship service is filled with music, Scripture, personal reflection, and prayer. Nothing is expected of you. Take this time for yourself. Give yourself permission to let go and let God take care of you. I admit, this year's service will be a little different, since we won't be able to meet in person, but it will still be meaningful. I invite you to join us online, on Facebook Live on Thursday, December 17th at 6:30p.m. or watch it later on this website, at your convenience. Blessings, Pastor Cathy |
