GOD Sightings

Where did you see GOD today? Where have you seen GOD in the past?
Have you seen GOD in nature; through the interaction of other people; through your interaction with someone else; through a smile; a wave of the hand; through an act of kindness?
During these uncertain times, we need GOD now more than ever. I would like for you to send me any GOD Sightings/Blessings/Act of Kindness that you have witnessed or have been a part of in your life, especially during this time of social-distancing.
This will be an ongoing ministry. Let’s intentionally look for GOD all around us. When we do this, we grow in our faith, we are able to plant seeds of faith in others, and we experience HOPE instead of dread, fear, and anxiety.
I will share these each week during worship, we can display them on our website, our Facebook page, and I will have them displayed at church for all to see.
Where have you seen GOD today?
Blessings,
Pastor Cathy

I had a God sighting on Monday, Memorial Day while visiting my Father's gravesite. As I was quietly Praying, a 21 gun salute went off at the cemetery, followed by taps. My Father fought in WWII. He was on a Navy ship. Then,a robin started chirping right next to us as we were in silence, my Father loved feeding the birds and always sat on his swing watching the birds. It's as if Dad was talking to us through the bird as God sent him.
