What We Believe

It is our mission to be a Church that meets people wherever they are on life's journey and to offer them the good news of Jesus Christ. We do that through meaningful and relevant worship, growth-oriented education for all ages and outreach to our community and world. We are a United Methodist Community of Faith. We believe that all people have sacred worth and are loved by God.
We aim to create a "come as you are" culture at COFS and live by the mantra: "no perfect people allowed". So no matter who you are, where you've been, or what you've done, we want to offer you a warm, personal invitation to attend our Sunday Services. We've got something for everyone! We hope you'll be challenged by what you see and that it might spark a desire in you to grow closer to our loving God. We hope to see you soon!

What to Expect at COFS

All Are Welcome! God loves you no matter what you've gone through on your journey, or where you've stopped along the way. We don't believe it is our place to judge; but to love and accept all of God's children.
When You Get Here – You may enter through the North doors (Agape center), or the South doors by the circle drive. Both will be unlocked on Sunday for your convenience.
Casual Environment – Some of our guests wear suits and dresses, some wear jeans and sneakers. Dress in a way that makes you feel comfortable.
Worship - Our services are a convergence of modern and traditional elements. You will hear traditional hymns of the faith, newer songs of the faith, and participate in meaningful liturgy.
Kids – We have Sunday School available for Preschool through 5th grade.
Adult Classes – Adult Sunday School/ bible study is held on Sunday morning at 10am.
Giving NOT required – If you are a first-time guest, please don't feel obligated to give when the offering plate passes you by. Your presence is your gift to us!

Core Values

At Church of Four Seasons United Methodist, it is our attempt to value who and what God values. Below we have listed some of the foundational values of our church, which we refer to as Core Values.

We value all people. We believe all people have been created in God’s image (Genesis 1:27) and that God loves every person and seeks to redeem and restore them (John 3:16-17). Therefore, our highest value is on people, not property or bricks and mortar, etc. We will build the church on relationships. We value diversity, corporate worship, spiritual growth, service, outreach, a strong witness, generous giving, and children.

Basics of our Faith

As United Methodists, we have an obligation to bear a faithful Christian witness to Jesus Christ, the living reality at the center of the Church’s life and witness. To fulfill this obligation, we reflect critically on our biblical and theological inheritance, striving to express faithfully the witness we make in our own time.
